In order to help you find your way around town and get to our office in West Sedona (at the corner of Soldiers’ Pass Road and West Hwy 89A), we’ve recently added excellent vector street maps of Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek to our website. There is also a small city map that shows all of the small towns and villages in the Sedona area, to give you a lay of the land. That will also help you find your way to Sedona in the first place, whether you’re coming up from Phoenix or down from Flagstaff. Hint: Coming north on I-17, look for the Sedona Exit 298. From there Hwy 179 will take you through the Village of Oak Creek and intersect Hwy 89A in Sedona at a spot known as The “Y.” If you’re heading south, you can take that same exit or look for the Sedona exit a couple of miles south of Flagstaff. That will take you down through scenic Oak Creek Canyon. It’s a pretty drive, but curvy and slow. It’ll pop you out of the Canyon in Uptown Sedona – a bit northwest of The “Y.”
Considering their actual dimensions, they are of a relatively small file size because they are in vector format. This also allows you to zoom in on any portion of the map to extreme magnification without losing quality. They also print fast and retain WYSIWYG quality. You will need at least version 5 of the free “Adobe Reader”. You probably already have it on your computer, but if not, you can download it for free from: Adobe.com
